Ronald P. Flowers, age 87, of Logan, Ohio, passed away Feb. 6, 2023, at James Cancer Center, Columbus, Ohio.

Ron was born Jan. 12, 1936, in Rockbridge, Ohio to Carlos P. Flowers and Florence L. Flowers. Ron was an active member of the Logan Eagles. He loved going to Keith's farm and going to high school sporting events.

Surviving are his wife, Elnor Flowers; sons, Keith (Barb) Flowers, Kevin (Jennifer) Flowers, and Bryan (Deanna) Flowers; several grand and great-grandchildren; sisters, Karen Amerine and Enita Allen-Flowers; and aunt, Jean Morris.

Ron was preceded in death by parents, Carlos and Florence Flowers; daughter, Carla Devaney; son-in-law, Odie Devaney; sisters, Carolyn (Robert) Smith and Janet Howell, and brothers, Lee Flowers and Jim Flowers.

Per Ron's request, there will no funeral services and a simple cremation will take place by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio. After cremation, Ron will be laid to rest on Keith's farm with his daughter Carla, son-in-law Odie, sister Carolyn, and brother-in-law Robert. They all loved to visit and stay at Keith's farm.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Ron's name to the Logan Christmas Lights Fund.
