As a nurse at Northshire Medical Center in Manchester, I have many interactions with pharmacists on the phone. It was a joy when Ron answered! He was always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I will miss his gentle demeanor and send my heartfelt sympathies to his family and friends.
