An avid collector of Ron's amazing work for over 30 years. You sir...will be and are greatly missed. I will never forget one very special trip to Henderson where I spent quality time with Ron...watching him craft a new piece on a Ostrich egg... and sharing stories. He was very gracious to me over the years. His talent - amazing...his heart....so large. You will be missed by many Ron....but never forgotten. Thank you for all the memories. I will cherish your creations for my life time. Until we meet again. RIP my friend. Condolences to the entire Lee family and special thoughts, prayers and hugs to Jill Lee.

Very sad news, condolences to the entire family! Never had the pleasure of knowing him personally, however, not only have I enjoyed his art in my home for 25 years, but in my retirement years, appreciating and being inspired by his sculptures as much as I have, I have learned to sculpt myself and absolutely love it! Thank you Ron, may you RIP for eternity.

To Jill & the Kids,
Our hearts are heavy and our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Although we will always remember the Collector Club conventions; and the Henderson store with the cafe (Jill's chicken salad that I cannot recreate and I think that I remember Keven at the grill and Robyn singing); and the carousel, our best memories are of visiting the store in Simi Valley, sitting with Ron and Jill, having corned beef sandwiches and just talking. We were lucky to have him in our lives. Ron was a very special person, a talented artist with a wonderful sense of humor. He was blessed to have an awesome wife who made everything work and children who adored him. We will miss him!
Our love, Dawn and Don

I heard of Ron Lee many years ago. I learned he did Superman statues, so naturally I wanted to know more about him. I saw a lot of his work in fine jewelry stores and many other places. I purchased a few Superman statues and love them. They are my favorite of all my collection. I had a chance to meet him at the Warner Bros' store in Sacramento years ago. He was there Signing his statues for the people that purchased them. He was very nice and friendly. I didnt get to talk much with him but I remember he was a nice person. When I joined Facebook he sent me a friend request and not long after so did his wife Jill. I felt honored. When I heard he passed away I was shocked and still am. It's hard for me to grasp the fact he is gone. The world has lost a wonderful person, but his spirit will always be here forever. Thank you Ron for making me and many others happy. God Bless you.

I still remember the moment I saw my first Ron Lee piece-Sugarland Express in 1989. Then I had the opportunity to meet him during his visit to Salado, TX to a collectable store called Traditions. He autographed every piece we had purchased up until that time so I will treasure them even more. I cannot express the shock I am experiencing and the huge sense of loss that his family is dealing with. God Bless Ron Lee.

To my Father,
Words cannot express what I am feeling right now as you are gone too soon.
It seems like yesterday as I lay in your bed in Chatsworth watching our favorite shows in the mid afternoon (3 stooges, The Munsters, Twilight Zone..etc) while out the corner of my eye you sit and sculpt with your red wax The most amazing pieces of art. We used to go to the hobby shop and buy parts and you would buy me models to build and then head over to the local Cupids Hotdogs for a quick bite.
Dad I can only look to the past and live thoes moments with my children now and carry on a tradition of Love support dedication commitment and perseverance. I love you Dad. Your family is strong and we are all here for each other.
Your Loving Son,
Keven Alan Lee
