RONALD PIEPER Obituary
Age 65 of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017. Born August 19, 1951 in Pittsburgh, PA he was a son of the late Curtis G. Pieper, Sr., and Mary Lou (Brunner) Pieper. Ron was a graduate of Penn State University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in marketing. Soon after graduation, Ron began his lengthy career in sales achieving his highest position of Vice President. Ron eventually retired after working with several organic food companies throughout the Midwest United States. He was an avid cook and enjoyed experimenting with new recipes yet he always managed to incorporate his organic foods. Ron is survived by his three children, Erica Mobley (Chris) of New Orleans, LA, Nicholas Pieper (Elisabeth) of Houston, TX, Christopher Pieper of Austin, TX; a sister, Ann Kelly (Michael) of Pittsburgh; two brothers, Curtis G. Pieper, Jr., (Denise) of Mechanicsburg and Rick Pieper (Rebecca) of Lansdale; and six grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2017 at St. Alexis Catholic Church, Wexford, PA. Interment will take place at Allegheny Memorial Cemetery, Allison Park, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Ron may be made to Hospice of Central PA, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
