Ronald R. Ritrovato Sr.

Ronald R. Ritrovato, Sr. of Ambler, passed away peacefully on Monday May 2, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. He was 67 years old. Born May 15, 1954 in Norristown, he was the beloved husband of Rosemarie (nee Zappala) Ritrovato, with whom he shared 25 years of marriage. Ron was a graduate of Temple University Fox School of Business where he earned his degree in business accounting, which paved his way to a fruitful career as a CPA, CFP. He was the successful owner of Ronald Ritrovato, CFP Financial & Tax Planning Associates in Blue Bell for 36yrs. Ron left a legacy of dedication, loyalty, and commitment in both family life and client relations. He believed being a servant leader along with dedication and loyalty was the key to success. Ron supported many local charities to give back to his community throughout his 36yrs. As a Temple Alumni and Temple Owl Fan Club member, Ron was an avid Temple football athletic supporter and enthusiast who enjoyed attending weekend games with his children. The highlight of Ron's day was coming home to not only his loving family but his two beloved dogs, Coco and Winnie. Ron was a nature fanatic who loved the outdoors and all wildlife. Ron's fondest memories and what he loved most was going on vacations with his family. In addition to his wife Rosemarie, Ron is survived by his three children: Ronald R. Ritrovato, Jr. (Nareem Huger), Anthony Spallino (Gabriella) and Michelle Ritrovato, his three brothers: Dennis (the late Lizanne), Robert (Jean), and David, his sister Karen Allucci (Joe) and many nieces and nephews. Ron was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Helen (nee Zonsae) Ritrovato, and his late wife Michelle Ritrovato. Relatives and friends are invited to share in Ron's Life Celebration on Monday May 9, from 6 PM to 9 PM at Boyd-Horrox-Givnish of East Norriton, 200 West Germantown Pike, 610-277-7000 and again on Tuesday May 10, from 10 AM to 10:50 AM at St. Helena's Church in Blue Bell. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM at the church. Interment will be at St. Patrick's Cemetery.
