Ronald "Ron" Paul Wallace

Ronald Paul Wallace Ron passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was known for his strong work ethic, gifted carpentry skills, fearless determination, and his free-spirited heart. Ron was constantly on an adventure, whether it was in the US Army, on the tugboat, as a carnie bouncer, or getting up to mischief with his friends. He was a busy body, many say he was wide open all the time, from the country to the city his fiery spirit blazed the roads with a force to be reckoned with and his wild stories will keep his memory alive, through laughter and tears through out the years to come. He is survived by his parents, Louis "Buddy" Wallace and wife Tami; stepfather, Michael "Mickey" Watson; daughter, Kinsley; siblings, Donny Berthelot and wife Maria, Duane Wallace and wife Candice, TJ Stokes and wife Brittany, Kyle Lofton, Kevin Lofton and wife Ashley, Michael Watson and wife Heather, Damon Deville and Katie Greene and husband Jeremy; grandmother, Fay Wright Huguet; godparents, Cindy Cruise and Craig Daigle Sr; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death is his mother, Diane Huguet Watson; and grandparents, Ronald Huguet Sr, Paul Wallace, Elva Leona Austin Wallace, Robert Lanier and Katherine Lanier; cousin, Christopher Cruise. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service at Colyell Baptist Church on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home.
