One of my favorite memories of Ronda is of her and her constant side kick Kathy Duffin visiting people and bringing gifts and organizing meals when needed. She was always giving and helping others. Her laugh was often and very inviting. She was and is amazing.

Dear Caywood Family,
Our office noted with sadness the passing of your loved one, Ronda, and we wish to send our condolences and sincere sympathy to you and your family at this time of bereavement. As a member of Weber State University´s extended family, friends and associates will miss her.

Most year round she walked at least twice every day around the neighborhood greeting everyone she saw. Her smile was a defining mark of hers that I will never forget. She will be missed for the time being. "Till we meet again."

One of many of Ronda's attributes was her consistent gratitude. No matter how small of kindness you showed Ronda, she would always respond with a "Thank you" card. I like to help people, and don't expect any formal thanks in return. But Ronda wanted to make certain that you knew she appreciated you.
Ronda was a good friend, and was always fun to be with. I miss her.

Our families were inseparable. I mean the trip usually involved a boat. Whether it was Powell, or Mesquite or Vegas for lake mead, we spent so much time together. I remember her even being at my sporting events, every scout memory, plays I was in-haha, I was never in any plays!! But if I was, she would´ve been there. I love the Caywood family so much. My heart breaks for missing your partner, mom and nana. Her love and laugh are forever a part of me!!

I don't know that I have a "first" memory of Ronda. As I search my memory, Ronda is always there. She was my second mom. If I wasn't at home, I was at the Caywood's and Ronda was making Parker and me corndogs. She never hesitated to treat me as her own - including keeping me in line! She lived life with joy and it was aparent even to me as a child. I know my story is not unique but she was a mother to me. She pushed me to be great and was a driving force for me getting my Eagle Scout award (again, I know I'm not the only one!). She was a fierce lover of people and I can only imagine the work she will be able to accomplish now!

I remember serving in Cub Scouts with Ronda. We had so much fun when she was around. Cub scouts can often be very exasperating but her contagious laugh and positive attitude made it a good time when she was around. Ronda always had something good or funny to say about everyone and every situation. It was a pleasure to have known her. I am sorry for her loss but glad she can spread her laughter now with those who have gone before.
