Uncle Rory,
I can't even say how much I love you. I would have to say we had so much fun times together while it lasted didn't we? I also can't even say how much I miss you:). I would like to share one fun favorite time I had ever had with you. Here it goes. Remember when we were having a little beach party for lil rory? Well when my dad went to ask you if you wanted to come play DDR with me you said "Sure", and then when you got there you said "Honey I just don't think I can do this today because of my hips but I sure will pretend to dance with you shhhh...." "And if people ask you if I actually did say Yes he did." I would have to say that was my favorite memory and time with you<3. R.I.P Uncle Rory R.I.P. May you dreams be filled with lots of beaches work and lots and lots of purple. <3<3<3<3<3<3<3

He was my best friend, he was a wonderful dad,he was the one that got us through every day whether it was good or bad.Rough around the edges, but let me tell you ,I never met a man who had a heart as big and strong as he did.I'm having trouble as each day passes but I know in my heart he is right beside me and will carry his family and I through this until we meet again. Roy made me a strong woman and showed me how to get through the tough times. He will live strong in my heart forever and never be forgotten.
I love you forever and always and I'll see you when the time comes.I've kept my promise to you here on earth and i'll keep my promise to you as you look down on us from up above.....I love you babe

Please know how sorry I am.

Oh boy it's hard to see our peers pass away. It really cuts close to home. Rory and the other boys in the Grove were always quite a handful of surprises ! Having them around made me tough as nails, at the time I didnt appreciate it much, but I know it was a life lesson that made me who I am today. Rory...hard to believe you are gone. Peace and love and best wishes and blessings to the little ones and family members that you left behind.

To the Cochrane Family,
As Georgie Wallick said it best. The Cochranes, Roys, Rutherford's Wallicks & Lochards were one big Grove family.
We will cherish the memories we all had growing up, and Rory was the most adorable, sweetest lil kid amongst us.
We will cherish our memories Rory. Give mom and extra hug from me.
Deepest Sympathy to All.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
