Rory "Roro" Stevens

RORY “RORO” STEVENS, age 51, resident of Irving, TX for 43 years, died Feb. 26, 2003 at the V.A. Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born June 25, 1951 in Marshall, TX to Otis Paul Stevens, Jr. and Lora Bachus Stevens. He was a disabled veteran of Vietnam and a member of the Irving AA. Married to Judy Vincent Stevens, he was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Irving. Preceded in death by his mother Lora Stevens and grandmother Neita Stevens. Survived by his wife Judy Vincent Stevens and daughter Graci Vincent, both of Oklahoma City; father O.P. Stevens and wife Sue of McKinney; brother Larry Stevens, wife Rhonda of Irving; grandmother Mrs. H. N. Bachus of Houma, LA; nephews Joey Stevens, Brian Stevens and Michael Stevens, all of Lewisville, Chris Stevens, Joshua Stevens, Jacob Stevens, Caleb Stevens and great nephew Jalen Stevens, all of Irving. Service 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 4, 2003 at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Bob Jackson officiating. Interment 2 p.m., Tuesday at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Irving Veterans Memorial Fund.
