Rosa Amador Obituary
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Amador; daughter, Christine Amador; sons, John Patrick Amador (Sally Bonuz), Don Amador (Sally); sisters, Diane Gonzales, Rita Rodriguez, Missy Reyes; brothers, Robert, Richard, Rudy, Rene and Ralph Reyes; grandchildren, John Patrick Amador Jr., Angelina Danielle Amador, Victoria Marie Amador, Loryn Faith Rojas, Ethan Flores, Karina Flores; great-granddaughter, Graysen Jae Ring and 2 dogs, "Cody" and "Little Girl Sassy".
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ruben Reyes.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 10, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. in Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 10 a.m. at New Beginnings Church, 301 Alcoa Dr., Port Lavaca with Kenyon Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in Port Lavaca Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Ronnie Reyes, Wayne Lerma, Richard Reyes, Ethan Flores, Javier Gonzales and Anthony Gonzales.

Johnny, It's hard to lose a wife and companion of so many years. Lean on your family and friends, they will make it easier for a while. When everyone has gone and you're finally alone, remember that it doesn't make you less of a man to show your sorrow. Even Jesus cried when He lost His friend Lazarus. Take comfort in knowing where she is and that you'll see her again.

Christine, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your Mom. I wish there was a magic word I could say to take the pain of losing her.
