ROSA SALAZAR

Rosa Salazar, 65, resident of Brighton, CO, was called home by our Lord on March 15, 2013 surrounded by family. She was born in Douglas, AZ, the daughter of Salvador and Santa Rodriguez. Rosa was married to Manuel Salazar. Rosa loved to knit, novelas and seek and finds. She loved spending time with her family especially shopping. She was a great cook and seamstress always making stuff for her children and grandchildren. Rosa is survived by four siblings Frances Barriga, Santa Rodriguez, Albert Rodriguez and Fernando Rodriguez, five children Rosalba and Darrell Durr, Rachel and Keith Laschinsky, Rosio Salazar, Ricardo and Merry Salazar and Eduardo Orozco, 15 grandchildren Ashley and Christopher Saeñz, Andrea Acosta, Aarin Acosta and Austin Acosta, Joshua Laschinsky, Justin Laschinsky and Sarah Laschinsky, Melody Salazar and Alejandro Salazar, Sebastian Salazar, Carlos Salazar, Ricardo Salazar, Jr and Christian Salazar, Eduardo Orozco Jr and Isaiah Orozco, three great-grandchildren Julius Gordon, Aaralynn Jackson and Sophia Acosta . The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the sympathy, comforting words, prayers and all expressions of kindness and concern. May God continue to bless you. Rosary will be held Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Kaster-Maxon & Futrell (8817 Dyer) at 7pm. Mass will be held at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 10:00 am, interment to follow at Restlawn Cemetery.
