On May 31, 2004 of Laurel, MD; happily married to Lucille for 70 years; father of Beatrice Bartlett Lee and her husband, David and Patricia Bartlett Carroll and her husband Lee; grandfather of Nancy Harrell, David Lee, Edward Carter Perkins, Marcia L. Perkins, the late Christine Lucille Perkins and James Y. Perkins; great-grandfather of Jamie and Bradley Harrell, David Jr., Stephanie and Jacob Lee, and Joseph Torres; many other friends and relatives also survive. Please gather at Fort Lincoln Cemetery Administration Building, Brentwood, MD on Wednesday, June 2 at 12:45 p.m. for a 1 p.m. graveside service. Arrangements by GASCH'S.
