On June 24, 2018, Rose Kaminsky of Edmonton passed away at the age of 94 years.
Rose is survived by her daughter, Monica; son, Stacy; adopted daughters, Rosemarie and Darlene; and sister, Jessie. Predeceased by her husband, Joe; son, Blaine; five brothers and three sisters.
Rose kept a wonderful home, the door was always open to those who needed help, a place to stay or just a good laugh. Her sense of humour, wonderful laugh and kind heart will be deeply missed.
Memorial Service Saturday, June 30 at 10:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue. Cremation has taken place. Inurnment Tuesday, July 3 at 10:30 a.m. at Westlawn Memorial Gardens.

Our sincere sympathy in your loss. Although I had no seen your mom for many years, I remember her laughter and generosity. My Dear Aunty Rose, You are going to be so missed. You knew everything Your mind was very sharp and know matter if it was about family or a recipe you would remember.You and Uncle Joe would help people no questions asked. I know there is a special place for you where you are going, where you will be with Uncle Joe and Blaine.and you will continue your journey with them. My Dear Aunty Rose, How you are going to be missed, I was so proud to call you Aunty, you always had time for me and my questions... you knew everything Your memory was so good.You and Uncle Joe looked after anyone who needed help for whatever reason, no questions asked.I will remember you proudly forever.
