RoseMary DeLong, 74, of Chillicothe, died at 5:55 a.m. in the Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, on Sunday, June 11, 2023. She was born on Sunday, January 30, 1949, in Ross County, the daughter of the late Carl and Betty Kinnison Secrest.
RoseMary is survived by her daughter; Christina (JD) Perry of Chillicothe, six grandchildren, Corbin, Isaiah, Landon, Jasper, Leighla, Dominick, two sisters, Clara Congrove, Joyce Secrest, both of Frankfort, three brothers, Ken (Donna) Secrest, Ron (Marian) Secrest, and Ed (Susan) Secrest, all of Frankfort. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and Gene Secrest.
Rosemary worked many years as a healthcare provider. She enjoyed fishing, painting, giving homemade crafts and goodies for Christmas and the holidays, and she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 15, 2023, in the EBRIGHT FUNERAL HOME, Frankfort, with Bob Howland officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
