Rosemary Manuel Obituary
Rosemary was born March 8, 1948 a daughter of the late John Henry and Kathryn Allen Brown. She attended the NE Bradford High School. She began working in a dress factory in Sayre, Pa. She married George H. Manuel of Mildred, Pa. on Sept. 28, 1968. After raising her family she worked as a cook at the Freidenshutten, Pepper Shaker, Bishop's and the Ram Zone restaurants.
Rosemary was a loving spouse, mother and grandmother. She was an excellent cook, and enjoyed computer games, sewing, knitting and especially her jewelry collection.
Surviving are five sons, George H. (Cindy) Manuel Jr. of New Albany, Pa., Jason (Susie) Manuel of New Albany, Pa., Dennis R. (Misty) Manuel of Dushore, Pa., Eric Manuel and fiancée Emmy Griswold of New Albany, Pa., DeVaughn (Patty) Manuel of New Albany, Pa.; two daughters, Cheryl (Mark) Garrison of Towanda, Pa., Amy Manuel and Floyd Bacorn of Overton, Pa.; foster child, Jamie Perham of Sayre, Pa.; two brothers-in-law, Frank (Connie) Manuel of Mildred, Pa., John Manuel of Mildred, Pa.; sister, Betty Bicham of Sayre, Pa.; two sisters-in-law, Grace Rekito of Mildred, Pa., Ann (Ray) Robinson of Evergreen, Pa.; mother-in-law, Nancy Wilcox Manuel of Mildred, Pa.; twenty-nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband George H. Manuel Sr. on Jan. 30, 2000; sister, Mona Parks; and brother, Buckey; and a daughter-in-law, Robin L. Manuel on Sept. 21, 2010.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at the Mountain Ash Cemetery, Laporte, Pa. with the Rev. Robert G. Kaltenbaugh, officiating.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, 206 Water St., Dushore, Pa.

"RIP" Rosemary, even though I didn't know you that well, I knew your wonderful daughter Amy, her children, and family. I know the pain is unbearable for Amy right now. That night though God needed another angel, and why he picked the mother to so many children we will never know. Roaemary is with her husband now and she is free from all her pain and suffering. Even though it hurts now just remember this place here on earth is only our temporary home until we meet again some day.

Even though I didn't know you well, I did know your wonderful daughter, Amy, her childeren, and family and. Your time has come sooner than it should have, but you are at peace now with your husband, but got needed another angel in heaven.
