JUNE 16, 1941 - FEBRUARY 6, 2023

Rosemary was born June 16th, 1941, in Jackson Mississippi to parents Charlie and Mayzell Topps. She was the first of five children. She had a beautiful smile; a bubbly personality and she never met a stranger. Some of her joys were that of fashions, for she was a classy dresser, and enjoyed playing bid whisk with family and friends, sewing, and singing just to mention a few. However, her ultimate and most rewarding joy was when she was baptized as a Jehovah's Witness on January 27, 1974.

Sadly, she fell asleep in death on Monday, February 6, 2023, at the age of 81 She was proceeded in death by her parents, Charlie and Mayzell Topps, her husband of 18 years Edward Page, her brother Charles Topps, her three sons Michael Fillmore, Jim Frankie Fillmore, Dwuan Remington Williams, daughter, Marilyn Marie Penick and granddaughter Eboni Magee.

She leaves to cherish her memory, three siblings Albert (Pamela)Topps, Erma D Eward, and Dennis Topps, and five children Maezell (Phillip) House, Betty (Calvin) Magee, Crystal Fillmore, Raymond Jr (Stephanie) Williams, Tyrone Williams daughter-n-laws Lyn Fillmore and Lucia Williams, 20 Grandchildren, 13 Great grandchildren, 1 Great great-grandchild, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 25th, 2023, at 12:00 PM. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1401 W 20th Avenue, Gary, IN 46407. It will also be broadcasted on Zoom.
