Rosemary June (Potthoff) Popp June 6, 1948 - March 4, 2016 was born in Escalon, California. She grew up in Oakdale, California with her parents, Harry and Minnie Potthoff and 3 siblings. Throughout her life, Rosemary was a waitress, bartender, chef & counselor. She had a warrior spirit and would accomplish things that may have appeared impossible to others. She cared tremendously for others, was a good listener and touched many lives with her compassion and unconditional acceptance. In her free time, she enjoyed going to Black Oak and playing penny slots. She loved spending time with her family, children and grandchildren whom she cherished dearly. Her cheery smile, unconditional love and support and sense of humor will be greatly missed. She is survived by her three children Robert (Jessica) Isaia, Rachael (Tommy) Edwards & Jennifer Bonzi (Donald Gullatt Jr); her 8 grandchildren Donny & Cherish Lemos, Alyssa Isaia, Jullaney & Christian Donaldson, Riley, Carter & Grayson Bonzi-Gullatt; her 2 great-grandchildren Christian & Levi; and siblings Anna Christiansen, Karen (Loren) Valenzuela and Jim (Patricia) Potthoff. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday March 26th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Deegan's Funeral Chapel located at 1441 San Joaquin St, Escalon, CA. 95320. Reception to follow services.
