I had the pleasure working with Roy at West Coast Transmission in the late 60's.
We built apps for the computer.
Roy was enthusiastic, smart, and very personable to work with.
I miss him.

We are sad to hear about Roy . Roy and I went to Ryerson together and shared accomodations for 3 years . I can't begin to express how much fun we had and at the same time because of Roy's commitment to studies did well at school . My wife and I (MIllie) also spent 5 years with Roy at the ADHS and have many wonderful memories . Although I only saw Roy once since he moved West he will always be fondly remembered . Best wish's to the family Bob and Millie Armstrong

Roy and I sat desk to desk when Roy first started at Westcoast Transmission.
We shared many laughs together and it was always a pleasure to work with Roy. He told me stories of his growing up days with a large family and how close he was to his family.
My heartfelt sympathies go out to Judy and their family for the loss of a "great guy". Barrie Brundage

Well done brother. From forking manure onto a stoneboat, stooking grain and pitching sheaves behind a team of horses to becoming CEO of a large Canadian corporation you have done your family proud. Your accomplishments were great but your family loved you regardless of this. You taught us a lot about life and love for your family. Until we meet again. Your Brother Lindsay

Dear Judy, Rhonda, Lindsay, Kimberley and the boys,
Please accept my condolences on the loss of Roy. He was a wonderful man Judy, I know he loved his family so much, and there will be such a big void with him gone. It is such a difficult time for you all. The passage of time does help, but I know that grief is a real physical pain. Please call when you feel up for a talk or a hug. You are all in my thoughts, Love Leila

Mourning and celebrating the life of Uncle Roy. Was always nice discussing banking and business with him and his great smile he would flash when I asked him how his venture of transported liquified natural gas to the Asian pacific was going. Thinking of you all love Doug Dyce
