Roy Kirby Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Roy Edward Kirby Sr.- age 78, went to be with the Lord Friday, June 29, 2018.
Roy touch many lives with his sweet smile and loving hands and his many prayers for everyone he met to "meet him in Heaven" because that's where he knew he was going.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents and 8 brothers and sisters.
Roy is survived by loving wife of 52 years Lucy; his son Roy Edward Kirby Jr.; sister-in-law Shelby Cody; special nieces Darlene Williamson and Angie Parker; nephews Junior Rutherford and Ronnie Cody; special friends Mike Hill and Jason Parker.
Special thanks to Tennova Heath Care for taking excellent care of Roy, Dr. Webb and Crystal, Dr. McKenzie and Sue, and Allie Syler, his friend he loved so much.
The family will receive friends 5:00pm-7:00pm, Tuesday, at Mynatt Funeral home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7:00pm. Family and friends will meet 10:45am, Thursday, at Woodlawn Cemetery for interment at 11:00am. Online condolences can be left at www.mynattfh.com
