I worked with Roy at the Assessor’s Office for several years. He was a gentleman and just the nicest person. My sincere condolences to his family.

I met Roy when I went to work in the San Joaquin County Assessor's Office in May of 1976 as an auditor-appraiser. I remember going to office Christmas parties and would see Roy and his wife, Gloria. It was truly a pleasure working with such a fine person as Roy who could always make you laugh with a funny story. Rest in peace, and God's peace to his family.
