I have known Roy for over 20 years and I have always relied on Roy for good advice and as a good listener. Roy was always there when I needed him. I will miss Roy and his positive friendly attitude.

I had the pleasure of befriending Roy several years ago, while working with DCMA, and as a member, then officer of AFGE Local 2069. Roy had a impressive Air Force and civil career. Roy and his wonderful wife Doris, have always been an inseparable team. He will be greatly missed from both the bother hood of veterans, union members and officers alike! "Rest in peace my brother"

My heart was sadden when I got the new of Roy's death. I will definitely miss him when call me "Young Lady". May you find comfort in the words "To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord".
