Chuckie Payne Obituary
He was born Feb. 16, 1950, to the late Glenn Willard and Blanche Loretta Payne of Whitetop.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Charlotte Payne of the home; daughter, Mary Payne; son Christopher Payne; four grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Glenda and Doug Forester of Galax; a brother and sister-in-law, Brantley and Carol Payne of Whitetop; two nephews; and a niece.
According to his wishes, cremation has taken place and future services will occur in Oscoda, Mich., during July 4th weekend and at a later date at Whitetop.
Donations in lieu of flowers are welcome to help support the Kiwanis Club, P.O. Box 980646, Ypsilanti, Mich. 48197, with his name in the memo.
