Ruben Gonzalez Obituary
Ruben was a man like no other-strong, bold, and unapologetically himself. To know him was to love him. He was sharp, smooth, and unforgettable-the kind of man who could command any room and leave a lasting impression wherever he went.
Through the good times and the chaos, he faced life head-on with unmatched courage. Even in his lowest moments, he chose to stand tall, fighting with a warrior's heart-showing the resilience and strength that only the bravest soul could carry.
He was a hardworking family man who instilled a strong work ethic in his children and influenced them to be a relentless force. He was more than just a father-he was a protector, a provider, a true soldier. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and countless stories that will echo through generations.
Ruben was preceded in death by his son, Jose Gonzalez. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters Dominique, Iesha, and Shaniya; his sons Ruben and DeAngilo; and a host of loving family and friends who will forever honor his name.
Though he is no longer with us in body, his spirit lives on-in our hearts, in our laughter, and in the fire he lit within each of us. Daddy, we will love you FOREVER.

I had the honor of meeting him while we were students at West Side and worked along Side of him at security events where Ruben was the calm in many situations to where he only had to speak to remedy things. May the good lord grant you favor and heavenly peace.

To God be the Glory for a life well lived. Ruben left an indelible mark in this world, my witness of him was a man who lived his life with meaning and admirable inner substance, always approachable and pleasant, a true humble hustler, a family man who expressed his love for his children as if it were a badge of honor and so now in Ruben´s physical absence, let us thank God for his life, for the memories and his kind humble spirit that touched us who knew him and also those who encountered him. May the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior , bless the Gonzales family and wipe away the tears of mourning as Ruben takes his rest from all of his labors.
