Russell Rowe Obituary
Russell was born on June 30, 1955 by Bertha Smoot in Washington D.C. Russell attended schooling in Washington D.C. and after graduating and finding his niche, he became an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Russell was previously married twice and has 1 daughter, Skye Manning. After retiring Russell spent most of his time doing what he loved, fishing.
Russell was preceded in death by his mother Bertha Smoot and brothers Herman Smoot and James Gordon. Russell is survived by his daughter Skye Manning (Jason), brother Martin Smoot, sister in laws Sarah Crump and Camille Gordon, Nephews Martin Smoot Jr and Gary Gordon, Nieces Niecy Smoot and Jennifer Gordon Meeks, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Russell also leaves to cherish his faithful dog and rolling buddy, Moo Moo.
Family and friends will unite for a memorial service on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 7 Industrial Park Dr., Waldorf, MD 20602.
