ADLER RUTH WEINBERGER
On Sunday, June 29, 2008; Beloved wife of the late Karl Adler. Beloved mother of Hope Sue Kendler of New York City, Lee H. (Kristin Stevens) Adler of Ithaca, NY and Mara (Helig) Caspi of Haifa, Israel. Sister of Miriam Weinberger of Pittsburgh, Mindy (Max) Kovinow of Lexington, KY, Lila (late Alan) Feldman of Pittsburgh and the late Hershel (late Adeline) Weinberger. Grandmother of Bodin and Micah Adler & Shunee, Tal and Omer Caspi. Also survived by nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the wonderful caregivers, Nicole, Johny, Fran and Anetra who took excellent care of Ruth during her last months and weeks, and to Peg fom Sivitz Hospice. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Tuesday at 1PM. Visitation one half hour prior to services (12:30 PM - 1PM). Interment B'nai Israel Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

I was sorry to hear about your mom. I remember going to Green Oaks together and coming over to your house with my parents. Your parents were wonderful people.

Dear Hope,
I was sorry to read of the loss of your mother. Please accept my deepest sympathy and relay my condolences to Lee and Mara. I remember your mom well and the fun I had at your house when we were growing up. I hope the happy memories you have of her will help you through this difficult time.
