Dad, it was a year ago yesterday that you left this world, to start a new journey. It was a beautiful day just like the day you left, I know you would have loved to be sitting outside enjoying the sunny weather. I know that you are healthier and happier now. No more pain and suffering for you, as you walk with God.
I love you and miss you!

Today is day one after we have laid your tired body to rest, dad. I miss you already. I know we didn't see other as often as I would have liked to, but you knew how much me and your grand kids loved you. I know you are in a much better place than this cruel world and I know you will be watching over me just shaking your head. I love you!

My greatest condolences go out to you at this time of loss. I was able to spend some time with Uncle Paul when he visited his sister and my mother, Ruby in Kentucky a few years ago. I know that he made my mom very happy by settling some differences with her about some past difficulities which also made me happy knowing they made things right with each other. My mom was waiting for him at the gates of Pearl as he arrived on Saturday and I know they are having a wonderful time with their other brothers, sisters, and their parents. I know they are all happy and whole....no more sickness for them!!! To all of you as you grieve at this time please know you are in the prayers of the rest of the family in Kentucky. To Bobbie, please contact Uncle Robert (Bob) to get information to reach me and my sister Angela.....we would love to be able to talk to you more.
Uncle Paul....RIP....I love you!! Your niece, Rachael Mays Creekmur

Although I did not see you at all but a few times it does not mean that I did not love you. I wish that I would of got to talk about Bobbie with you just to see what she was doing, How many children she had, where she lives. I would of just liked to seen and met her with you around. Everything is for a reason I am told. I am so glad that you and mom made peace before she died. She loved you very much. Love you your niece Angela Mays Mintz
