BROWNS SUMMIT — Ruth Hardy Chrismon, 91, died Friday, August 20, 2010 at Moses Cone Hospital.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, August 23, 2010 at Apple's Chapel Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. Allen Myers officiating.
Mrs. Chrismon was born in Guilford County and was a daughter of the late Cleve and Cassie Apple Hardy. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Chrismon and son, Keith Chrismon.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty Toler and husband, Benny of Browns Summit; grandchildren, Keith Chrismon, Jr. and fiance, Lisa of Winston Salem, Celeste Gunter and husband, Rick of Browns Summit, Kim Riaz and husband, Brian of Greenville; great grandchildren, Brian and Brooke Chrismon, Cody Nicholson and Lane Gunter
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 22, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Apple's Chapel Christian Church Nurse Program, 7345 Hwy 61 N, Gibsonville, NC 27249 OR charity of donor's choice.
