Ruth Hisoire Obituary
MILLBURY - Ruth R. Hisoire, 92, died Friday, Nov.11th at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 70 years, Francis R. Hisoire Sr.; son and daughter-in-law, Francis R. Hisoire Jr. and Grace of California and son, Paul J. Hisoire of Brewster; five grandchildren, Alissa, Jennifer of California, Tina, Shawn of Cape Cod and Jamie of Maine; great grandchildren, Madison, Savannah and Paul; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester and is predeceased by her parents, Harry and Florence (Hemmingway) Stacy.
Ruth was a kind and respected supervisor at Handy Pad Co. in Worcester where she formed many life-time friendships. She and her husband were devoted members at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. At home, she loved her garden and needlework. She crocheted well into her 80's and generously donated many of her afghans to local nursing homes.
Funeral services and burial are private. There are no calling hours. Mulhane Home for Funerals, in Millbury is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Dear Fran and family,
Don and I will always remember Ruth fondly. She was a sweet sweet lady! You two were such great neighbors! We were a young couple starting out and we will always remember Ruth's sweet kindness. You two were such a great source of help to us so many times. We are grateful for having such wonderful, kind, caring first neighbors. Thank you for all you did for us. With loving thoughts to you all.

So sorry for your loss. I remember Ruth when she would come to visit for a cup of tea. Many good laughs sitting out in the yard.
