Ruth Kast Obituary

KAST, Ruth (nee Ebert) Oct. 20, 1929 Sept. 4, 2008 Ruth passed away suddenly in her sleep at her home in London, Ontario. Ruth was born in Hamburg Germany and immigrated to Canada in 1957 where she met and married the love of her life Hans Kast in June of that year. They had two children Nancy (M. Andrew Chevrier), grandchildren, Kyla and Paul) and Mike (M. Cheryl Kast, grandchildren Stephanie and Hannah). Her love of her life in Canada was passionate and she was always proud of her new homeland and family. A service will be held at the Memorial Funeral Home 1559 Fanshawe Park Rd. East, London, Ontario on Wednesday Sept. 10. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation
