A loving and remarkable woman of strength. On Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Charles. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Stephen and Libby Lassner, Donna and Larry Liverman. Adoring grandmother of Robin and Norman Goldberg, Jodi Lassner, Jason and Stacey Liverman, and Brad Liverman. Proud great- grandmother of Noa Goldberg, and Samantha and Ryan Liverman. Dear sister of the late Leonard Vallins, and sister-in-law of the late Freda and the late Fred Weinstein, the late Harry and the late Helen Lassner, the late Maurice and the late Doris Lassner, the late Goldye and the late Jack Mazur. Ruth will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Minerva for her devotion and compassion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, November 30, at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Beth Zion Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield.
