Ruth Orr Obituary
She was born April 17th, 1948 in Galesburg , IL, the daughter of Wren and Lilian Kelly. She was the Widow of Wesley Orr.
Ruth loved her growing family, 2 kids, 9 grandkids, and now 11
Plus, great grandkids. She was very active in her quilting club and Heart Sisters group before moving to Florida. Her and Papa (Wes) loved their animals. She more recently spent a lot of time helping stray dogs and cats. She and her grandaughter Skylar spent a lot of time at animal shelters, especially at CARE animal Shelter in Ruskin, FL.
She is survived by her daughter, Christina Mundahl (Tony), and son, Clint Pearson.
Grandchildren, Nick Betsinger of Shakopee, MN (Lindsey), Skylar Betsinger of Tampa, FL, Tabitha Peppmuller of Manhattan, IL Gage (Anne) Nordlof of Naperville, IL, Cera (Ryan)Tackitt of Yorkville, IL, Hannah of Malvern, AR, and Jackson of GA, Alexis and Samantha, and great grandchildren.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Wesley Orr and her brother Ron Kelly.
A graveside service will be held at Lincoln Memorial Park, in Aurora, IL on July 18th, at 2:00pm. A gathering will be held shortly after at 4pm at Gario's Pizza, in Montgomery, IL
