I see that one of my fellow seamstresses has passed away. If I remember correctly, she presided over the sewing machine in the background during the production of the "Jesus Story" at Colonial Heights Baptist Church. She did the mending of any costume that had a problem -- a small but essential piece of God's work. And reading her obituary, I can see that she was involved in other ministries. My condolences to her family. God love Ruth Stanley.

Laura,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. I know how hard it has been on you and this is to let you know that you can call me anytime to need someone to talk with. It is so hard to lose our mothers.
May God's peace be with you as you grieve your loss.
Love you, Carolyn Camp Gibbons
