Ruthie Mae was one of those rare individuals who was always cheerful and positive. Her smiling face and upbeat attitude has been sorely missed during her illness, and with her passing Fargo has, sadly, lost one who genuinely cared for and treated every citizen equally. Ruthie was a true lady!

Because of the holiday weekend, I am on an out-of-town trip and will not be able to attend the wake nor funeral. However, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
