Ryan A. Packer

Ryan A. Packer, of Doylestown, passed away unexpectedly on April 06, 2022 at age 31. Ryan is the beloved husband of Brielle Dorfman Packer; son of Steven and Marci Packer; brother of Michael and Evan Packer; son-in-law of Mark and Kim Horner; brother-in-law to Madison Dorfman, Meaghan Horner-Bruce and Colin Bruce, Chris and Christine Horner, Drew and Kelly Horner, and Ashley Horner. He is also survived by a loving extended family and friends. Ryan was a dedicated Paramedic and served his community in that capacity for 10 years. He strived to help others, ensured to provide quality care, and always made sure to treat all his patients with respect. He helped multiple EMTs, Paramedics, and students in those programs through his years. He was a patient teacher, and always made sure they understood their courses and programs. Ryan recently started his new teaching career at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). He worked with his team, helping ensure CHOP employees renew their certifications and understand their work. Ryan had a passion for teaching and was looking forward to the beginning of his new career path. Ryan and Brielle were married on November 11th, 2021. They celebrated 4 months of marriage, 3 years together, and the adoption of 2 cats and 1 dog (Parra, Emmy, and Minnie Mouse). Ryan met Brielle when she was looking to volunteer while in EMT school, at the Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad. The remaining is a tale as old as time, two hearts finding each other and finding their own other half. Family and friends are invited to Ryan's Life Celebration on April 24, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. and to his Funeral Service at3:00 P.M. at the Decker-Givnish Life Celebration Home, located at 216 York Road, Warminster, PA. Ryan's services will be livestreamed on the Decker-Givnish Facebook page beginning just a few before 3:00 P.M. Per family request, masks will be required for the duration of the service.
