SMOLKA RYSZARD
(Richard) 6th August, suddenly at home in Bramley aged 95 years.
Dearly beloved husband of the late Mary, dear dad of Paul, father in law of Caroline and great grandad to Chloe, Finley and Lucas.
The funeral Service will take place on Thursday 1st September at The Polish Church, Newton Hill Road, Leeds LS7 4JE at 11.00am.
There will be a collection for MIND in lieu of flowers at the church.
