Sadie Lynn Rainford Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Dec. 12, 2011.
Sadie Lynn Elise Rainford, passed away at home with family by her side, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, on December 10, 2011. She was born on October 4, 2007 in Renton, Washington to Scott and Erica Rainford.

Sadie Lynn has touched more lives in her short 4 years then most do in a full lifetime. Her joy and laughter were contagious, her strength and kind heart were inspirational. We were all blessed to have her in our lives, and I know she will never be forgotten.

Going Home

Small and Frail with a knowing smile,
She Said, "I'm going home.
Don't weep, don't wail, don't mourn for me,
You see, I'm going home.

Of course I know you'll miss me.
If I weren't so tired I'd stay.
But you see, my Lord has called me.
He came to light my way.

I'm going home, my dear ones.
Someday you'll understand.
I really must be going--
He's here to take my hand.

Be kind to one another,
Love each and every day
Remember me, Your daughter,
And take the time to Pray.

I'm going home today.

Scott - I can't imagine how large is the hole in your heart. Know that I am thinking about you and hope the support gets you through this rough time. Although she's not by your side, she will be forever in your heart.
