Dear George, Jo & family, Our thoughts are with you at this time of sorrow. I am sorry I missed knowing such a wonderful sprightly lady, but she will be in our prayers. To lose a parent is unexplainable, but we feel your pain. God Bless all the family and may the angels sing Sallie to her heavenly reward. Many students will remember her for the ages, and wisely so. Stephanie Paul, St. Johns E.E.C.C. and Mifflin Twp. Historical society.

Jay and George,
My deepest condolences to you on the passing of your mother. I remember many trips on your Somerset buses as a young girl when I was a member of the Tam O'Shanters Fife and Drum Corp. I remember both George and Jay being our bus drivers on many trips to many parades around Pennsylania and the Eastern U.S. I am now 46 years old and one of your oldest bus riders now living near Chapel Hill, NC. You may have remembered me..my name then was Lezlee Love. An old Tam O'Shanter pal who lives in Pittsburgh sent me the article about your mom. I just wanted you to know that I have many fond memories of those bus trips that you put up with a group of loud girls on the bus on the way to a parade. My prayers are with you and your family.

DeBolt Family--Your Mom was one of the liveliest people.Whether we saw her at the H&H, Duquesne Golf Club or lately at Locust Grove, she always had a smile, a joke and sometimes a song or a dance step. We will miss seeing her. Our sympathy.

George and JP, Your mom was such a kind and giving lady. She always made my family and I feel welcome. I also have good memories of swimming in the pool.

George and JP your mom was a great lady. Some of my best memories growing up was going to your house to swim, and your mother always made me feel at home.
