I never missed an episode! When 3:30 pm came around, every weekday, we were in the living room, watching the line up, starting with you. I was always fascinated with the toy box and how you would drop wood and other things in there, before you turned the crank. I still talk about you. We learned all that was good in being a decent human being from you along with several other shows, trailing yours. Sesame Street came on after you and then Mr Rogers, Electric Company, finishing off with Zoom. After watching 3 hours straight of kindness, humor, respect, and more, it's no wonder we turned out awesome!! Thank you sweet Sally Baker for making a huge difference in this great big World! I love and miss you, still!!!

I loved Hobo Kelly as a child. I remember being late for the schoolbus just to watch her on our TV to listen if she would mention my name when she said "hello to all you children out there" and would act like she could see us out in TV land. That was in the late 1960s. Wonderful! With Love to her memory, Cheri Usher of Palm Springs,CA
