Sally Earlywine Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 6, 2024.
Sally Lynn Earlywine, 65, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in Franklin, TN after a prolonged illness. Born on May 8, 1959, in Kokomo, IN, Sally was a graduate of Maconaquah High School, class of 1977. Sally had a loving partnership with her husband, Kurt Earlywine, until his passing in 2017. She spent her career alongside Kurt in the family's furniture auction business and enjoyed the connections she made through her work. Kurt and Sally relocated to Cape Coral, FL in 2003 and spent many good years there together. As a couple, Kurt and Sally were well-known for their love of hosting extravagant holiday parties, traveling to sunny destinations, and generally "living the good life".

Sally enjoyed gardening and nature and very much enjoyed the year-round beautiful weather in southwest Florida. She was a lifelong fan of the Indianapolis Colts, the Indy 500, and true crime stories. Sally loved to socialize and will be remembered fondly for always being quick with a welcoming smile. She loved her family and friends deeply. Sally's light will continue to shine brightly for all who knew and loved her. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and acceptance will live on in the lives she touched.

Sally is survived by her children Jessica Shipley, Stephanie (Brandon) Beck, and Austin Earlywine; very much adored grandchildren Alina, Ian, Charis, Alex, Chaylen, Emerie, Colston, and Sami; great-grandchild Ariel; aunt Anita (Bob) Baker; mother Ethel Ailor; brother James Ailor; and parents-in-law Jack and Patricia Earlywine. She was preceded in death by her husband Kurt Earlywine, daughter Brittney Earlywine, son-in-law Andrew Shipley, and sisters Kelly Ailor and Amy Reed.

A Celebration of Life ceremony is being planned and details will be shared later.

Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in support of Younger/Early-Onset Alzheimer's research.

Sally was my cousin and I have SO many fond memories of her growing up. Night spent at my grandmothers house with her drawing, sewing, or crocheting. Her talents always amazed me as a kid. She has given all of us her loving daughters Jessica and Stephanie, who continue her legacy of love, laughter, and zest for life.
