Of McMurray, peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, August 28, 2014, age 62. Beloved wife of Gordon M. Edwards; loving mother of Sarah and Spencer; sister of Carol Gross (Jerry); also many nieces, nephews and cousins. Sally had a master's degree in communications from Boston University and would like to be remembered as being funny first and loving and caring second. Visitation Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the DAVID J. HENNEY FUNERAL HOME, 6364 Library Rd. (Rt. 88), Library. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to Washington County Humane Society, P.O. Box 66, Eighty Four, PA 15330 or The Hillman Cancer Center, 5115 Centre Ave., Pgh., PA 15232.

Gordon, Sarah and Spencer,
You cannot know a person for about a half century and not have memories! Sally will be missed, but I have lots of memories from when we were young and not as young! She will be in my heart forever, as will the rest of the family! Someone who left a message earlier mentioned Midnight, so I will end by saying I do hope they are together and enjoying each other's company and lots of long walks! Love,
