Sally Warthan Obituary
She attended Westmount College in Santa Barbara, CA, where she received her degree in Education and met the love of her life, Allen. They married in June of 1956, and had three sons, Gregory, Kenneth and Robert.
They moved to Washoe Valley, Nevada in 1958. Sally was a teacher with the Washoe County School District, at Pleasant Valley Elementary School for 33 years, before retiring in 1990.
After retiring, Al and Sal traveled the United States in their Bounder for many years, and ultimately ended up in Bahia De Kino, Mexico. They lived there until Al's death in 2016.
Sally is preceded by her husband, three sons, and her sister. She is survived by her six Granddaughters, and thirteen Great Grandchildren.
Sally touched many lives and will truly be missed. Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.

Oh I loved those two. I had Sally as a teacher at Pleasant Valley Elementary School. I just enjoyed her so much! I also had the pleasure of being in one of Al's classes, music, I believe. They were great teachers. I wish we could replicate them! We need some great teachers. May they rest in peace. God bless you both!!!
