I met Sal in April 1979 working at children seashore house. He worked part time in the evening. I lived 2 blocks from him. For almost 2 years we hung out daily. His spirit lives inside my soul even though I moved to Michigan in late 1979. I made attempts to contact him. No one on the face of the earth made me laugh like him. I mourn his Passing, and know his Italian blood was always for his family. Peace be with you all, Sal lives on my memories of AC forever. Peace be with you. Philly Joe Corso.

I didn't know Sal as long as most of you who will be leaving memories here, but he changed my life. He changed everyone's, as is the way of men with such a large and well meaning personalities. I miss him and will miss his stories about my wife's childhood and his own wild ride on this earth.
We all miss you Sal. Don't worry about a thing when it comes to Maria and they boys. I've got them covered.
