Peggy J. Armstrong Voss, 61, Riverside, MO, died Sunday, October 21, 2002, in Smithville, MO. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 23, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons White Chapel Funeral Home; burial in Barry Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel. Mrs. Voss was born September 26, 1941, in Smithville, MO. She grew up in Camden Point and lived most of her life in the Kansas City North area. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Billie (McClain) Scherf, and sister, Carol Justus. She is survived by her husband, William Voss, of the home, son, Wayne Armstrong, Gladstone, MO, daughter, Debbie York, Holt, MO, stepson, Terry Armstrong, Gladstone, MO, four grandsons, Dewane Armstrong, Bobby Armstrong, and Kyle York, Kevin York, and great-grand-daughter, Hailey Armstrong.
