Sam Nisen

NISEN, Sam. Passed away on Friday, May 5, 2006 at the age of ninety-three years. Predeceased by his siblings who perished in the Holocaust. Devoted husband of the late Adela Sambor. Loving father and father-in-law of Sonia and Stanley Clayman, Rosalie and Sam Burstein. Cherished Zaidie of David and ED (Sara), Michelle and Amanda, great-grandfather to Charlie Howard Clayman. Dear brother-in-law of the late Sara and the late Sam Braiter, the late Esther and the late Ber Brumer. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by family and friends for his indomitable spirit and abiding sense of humour. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff of Maimonides Geriatric Centre, sixth floor south, for their care and compassion.
