ERCILIA ALARCON

Ercilia Alarcon born January 1, 1927; loving and caring Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister and Wife was called to join our heavenly Father on October 31. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Alfredo G, Alarcon (Valalo), her beautiful daughter Sylvia Alarcon Lara; sisters, Evangelina, Genoveva, Rebecca and parents, Santiago and Eutemia Lopez. Ercilia is survived by her daughter Delma Najera (Mike); sons, Jerry and Sonny Alarcon; sisters. Tere, Lupe and Linda; brothers, Chago and Beto Lopez. She is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 36 Great-Grandchildren. Mom, you will always live in our memories and in our hearts. We will miss you dearly and you will always be remembered for all the good you did for us. Visitation will be from 4:00-9:00 pm on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:30 pm on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at San Elizario Catholic Church. Pallbearers: Sonny and Jerry Alarcon, Willie Alarcon, Julian Duran, Javier Najera and Miguel Najera. Honorary Pallbearers: Chago and Beto Lopez and Ricardo Villa. Rite of Committal will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Also the family would like to extend their thanks to the staff in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Sierra East Hospital for their care and support mother received and to Dr. Barahona, and as well as our devoted family and friends.
