Re, I was shocked to read about Sam's passing. We were close all through grade school and high school. He was so kind and had a heart of gold. I will be sadden not to be able to see him at our high school reunion this year. Please known where you go he will be by your side and always in your heart. So sorry to hear of Sam's passing! I worked with him on many City of Erie negotiations. Sam was always one of the level headed Union Stewards on our negotiating committee. We negotiated several exceptional contracts with his help!

My prayers and condolences to the family.I'm sorry I won't be able to make it to the funeral.I met Sam in 2nd grade.We went through school and graduated together. He was more like a brother to me than a friend. He will be truly missed. He was my oldest friend.
