I extend my deepest sympathy to Sam's family. I was on the Board of the Arthritis Foundation with him for many years, and I used to see him from time to time at the PAA with my longtime friend, Jimmy Dunn. He was a wonderful guy - I know your loss must be very deep.

Most sincerely, Jan Wagner

Mary and family:

I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked at Dollar Bank as Sam's secretary for a number of years. He was an amazing boss and friend.

I pray God will give all of you strength and comfort during this very difficult time.

Sam' was a good friend and respected business associate. His passing was a shock and is gone way too soon. Sam showed us by his example how to treat your family because family was priority one. He never missed an opportunity to ask about my family or recognize my children's accomplishments in genuine spirt.
In business, he taught us the principles of loyalty and trust. Sam's leadership and mentoring made us all better people. Sam was a man who after a meeting or just a talk, left you with a feeling of purpose and pride
Thank you Sam. You will be missed
