Dear Aunt Margie,
I am sad to hear about Uncle Sam. He was always one of my favorite people. He was about as straight forward of a man that anyone could ask for. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I will ask God to bring peace to all in this time of mourning.
Love,
Jerry Wagner and Marianne Claussen, Chicago, IL

Dear Aumt Margie,
I am so sorry for your lose of Uncle Sammy. I will miss his smile and his laugh, to see the good in bad times. The last time I saw him was at Bernie's funeral. I will miss him. In behalf of my family, I pray that the good Lord's love and Sammy's love will always surround you.

Sammy and Marge were part of the "Garden City gang." We had a lot of fun and have many memories. Sam was just great to be around. His wit and smile were outstanding. I have thought of you both often. You were loved by all.

Dear Marge:
I'm sorry that I didn't make it to the funeral home, I thought it would be in Ohio and didn't check the paper. Please let me express my deepest sympathy. I often think of you and Sam and the times at the Bowling events. Marie used to get a kick out of Sam's wit. It's those pleasent memories that will keep you going and keep busy, that helps a lot. One day you will be able to thank God for the years you had together, not condeming for cutting it short. I know I do. Time heals all wounds.

Aunt Margie, Robby, Ricky, Sam, and Harvey:
I was saddened by the news of Uncle Sam's passing this week. There are so many great memories of Uncle Sam. He had the greatest sense of humor by always making us laugh. Remember when he said to my dad about a rattle sound in his car that "the only problem with that car is the loose nut behind the wheel".
Uncle Sam was also a passionate man who was a great listener and was there when you needed him. His positive impact on our family will always be felt in our hearts.
Uncle Sam will be missed by the many people he touched through the years. He was a great influence on my life and I will miss him dearly.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. May the wonderful memories of Uncle Sam bring you comfort.
With Love,
Paul, Karen, and Sara

Aunt Margie and family,
I don't even know where to begin. Uncle Sam was the most wonderful uncle a person could ever have. I have many beautiful memories of all of us together for holidays, vacations, or even just any old Saturday. I will truly miss my Uncle Sam and his great big bear hugs.
God bless all of you, and you are in my prayers.
Love, Joe/Josephine and family
