Sandra was my special friend from the time we first sat together in school and asked want to be best friends. What a special treasure to have had her in my life for so many years to share special times at each others homes, to sharing a home for a while then sharing a duplex in Auburn for several years, to the birth of our children and oh so much more. Time and duties kept us from seeing each other as often as we would have liked but we never failed to keep in touch and sharing our life with each other. To David, Larry, Bev, Deb & Rick, she was you mom, sister and Wife but to me she was the sister I never had and & I was so happy to have shared her with you. Sandra you will always be in my heart and I will miss you ever so much, but you will never be forgotten. Thanks for the memories....I love you Alice Chambliss

Sandra was married to my fortunate nephew, Rick. He was a winner when Sandra said yes to him. I was fortunate to be related in that way. I remember for many years they would both invite me to their home for a vacation. She was an outstanding hostess. She of course was a great cook too and that didn't hurt either.
I always looked forward to just watching her prepare a meal. She is the reason I am now addicted to watching food channels. Learned some culinary secrets too. No I won't share. You will be very much missed for your smile and your generous ways.

To our friend from Fairfax. Sandra and I(Lora) spent a lot of time together from Kindergarden through high school. We shared our dreams and plans for the future. I am so happy that she was my friend and I have all the wonderful memories of our time together. She will be missed.
