Sandra Ann Dunn

Sandy passed away suddenly, after a brief illness, at St. Mary's General Hospital in Kitchener, on January 27, 2022, in her 65th year. Beloved wife of Blair married for 38 years; loved mom to Corrie Bird (Justin) and Troy; cherished grandma to Madison and Jacob. Loved by many especially her large extended family of in-laws, within Ontario and Newfoundland. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Betty Ciuman. She had a rewarding career as a Registered Practical Nurse for over 40 years specializing in long term care. Most recently worked with Paramed supporting patients and their families with home care plans, which she found fulfilling. For those who knew Sandy her strength, drive and work ethic was something to be admired. Sandy was a long-time resident of Ayr. She enjoyed cooking and baking and could always be counted on to bring the family together to enjoy a meal. Her spare time was spent at home in her gardens, always with a springer spaniel by her side, she had ability to make just about anything grow. Her most cherished times were spent with her family in Lion's Head, Ontario by the water. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Ayr Chapel, Wm.
